NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

OF THE

BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SERRANO WATER DISTRICT

            The Board of Directors of the Serrano Water District will hold a special meeting of the District’s Board of Directors at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at the offices of Serrano Water District located at 18021 East Lincoln Street, Villa Park, California.  The only items of business to be considered at this special meeting are as set forth in the following agenda.

1.         Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

2.         Roll Call

3.         Public Comments on Matters Listed on the Agenda (public comments are limited to         3 minutes per person)

4.         Debt Management Policy

            Recommended Action:  Adopt the debt management policy as presented.

5.         Resolution No. 2018-01-11 of the Board of Directors of Serrano Water District, authorizing the execution and delivery of an installment purchase agreement and other documents related thereto with respect to the refinancing of the 2006 water facilities project installment sale agreement and 2011 water facilities project installment sale agreement; authorizing the execution and delivery of documents required in connection therewith; and authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this resolution

            Recommended Action:  Adopt Resolution No. 2018-01-11 as presented.

6.         Workshop - Cost Saving Opportunities

            Recommended Action:  Board Discretion.

7.         Recess to Closed Session
