NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SERRANO WATER DISTRICT

            The Board of Directors of the Serrano Water District will hold a special meeting of the District’s Board of Directors at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at the offices of Serrano Water District located at 18021 East Lincoln Street, Villa Park, California.  The only items of business to be considered at this special meeting are as set forth in the following agenda.

     a. Board interview of persons timely submitting applications for appointment to fill the vacancy in the office of Director of Division 3 of the District.   

     b. Board discussion of applicants

     c. Board consideration of selecting an applicant for appointment to fill the vacancy in the office of Director of Division 3 of the District.
